Refund Policy

The class fee is payable before the student attends the class.

We do understand that students may have to miss a class when unexpected things come up. We are always happy to offer an alternative class on another date if we are notified within seven days, and students may cancel the class entirely if we are notified seven days before the class date.

No refund will be made for bookings cancelled less than seven days before the event, except in exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of the Course Director.

No refund will be made for non-attendance of the class.

While we make every effort to run classes as advertised, we reserve the right to change the timetable without prior notice and to cancel any courses without liability. We will endeavour to inform all participants two weeks before the class is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. If eligible for a refund, all class fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including travel and/or accommodation etc.
